Working with version 10.3.3 I have setup as per instructions
but when I go into the Admin console I find I cannot get prefs to save as I get a message of

Location: Blah.pl?v-admin/r-3/

any and all suggestions welcome

NB this is installed on a Windows XP machine running Faststream IWQF Webserver and Perl 5.10.0
Have ensured that all files are Re-write on windows.
