Unless you have money to promote your site then I'm afraid it is a matter of time.
Tell your friends about the forum, email them a link, they in turn tell their friends.
Eventually the site will get indexed by the BOTS and will start showing up in search engines.

Thanks i have just gone over 50 members and get quite a few guests so there is hope its just getting them to post and interact with each other. I will be chucking a small amount of money at promoting but once established hope to get sponsored
