I get the following error when tring to install E-Blah from the Windows console.  I did not use FTP; I just dumped the folders in the proper location.

Setup has determined that you must manually edit the paths to Settings.pl or other core files. If you need help, contact E-Blah technical support.

The following may help you figure out what your paths are:
Document Root:
Script name: W:\intranet\cgi-bin\forum\Setup.pl
File(s) Not Loaded: ./Settings.pl
Reason for failure: No such file or directory

Permissions look fine - any ideas?

Figured it out - I had to remove the relative paths from Setup.pl and Settngs.pl.  With full paths instead of relative ones, it works like a champ.

Hmm... A new error:

Net::SMTP Error
Can't call method "mail" on an undefined value at (eval 2) line 5.

Not quite sure where to go on this one.  I know my SMTP is setup correctly...

Again I resolved my issue.  Like an idiot, I started the name of my SMTP server with "http://"
