Go one by one and see which one causes it.  Firefox 3 Beta 1 doesn't have that issue.  Safari 3 does though.  Not on my Windows machine, which has Firefox 2 and IE7.

Have you added the messages one by one to see which one is causing it?

well, firstly I thank you Justin, it appears our "SNOW" has been the Culprit!!! its the little tiny specs or dust of snow falling and it looked so neat!

We just put the tree up with all the decorations with flashing lights and now we have no more snow!
Is this the grinch who stole our snowflakes or just a Humbug?
any ideas for the restoration of falling snow flakes without interupting our scroll and the visually impaired from viewing our site, please advise
thanks,
Mike

we'd love to add some snow...

just for clarification. We have a blind member of our website and he informed me the day the snow started to fall on PSR, his visual aide went nuts, then died on him...  I told him we're trying to restor the snow wihout impacting on his device... His name is Donovan and he has a great sense of humour, he said, Donovan says (4:58 PM):
Hahaha, its always a challenge for a blind person getting around in the snow. I guess the same goes for e-snow.
