I have chosen 28 days to archive posts but have a concern that after archiving they may not be available to the search engines. Can anyone clarify this please?

How are you going to Archive?  Move to another board or Prune? Prune will remove the threads.  Moving the threads to another board will be just fine.

I do installs for $25 and upgrades for $20.
