I have a member who has been spamming on my forum since he signed up. I tried banning him by IP, but he just used a proxy. So, I disabled his account. Yet, he is still able to post. Should he be able to post if his account is disabled?

Even if your idea seems whack, stick with it and make it happen.

No, unless "All Validating Members" is checked for a board.  If it is checked, he may be able to.

I do installs for $25 and upgrades for $20.
