anyway to get it workin with 10.3 ? i get auth failure using 6.5 and latest posts i could find here but cant seem to fix it

What errors do you get, it should be fine with 10.3 as it just uses the Eblah cookie.

It works with my 10.3 board, but I think I had to tweak it to show the name correctly...it has been so long, I don't remember anymore.

when i login it says auth failure please try again even tho im logged into the forum even tried with me logged out. tho after clicking ok it looks like its logged in as i get create options and such.

Do you have the E-Blah complatable version of album.pl?  The way it should work is you login to the forum, and you don't have to login to the album.  My guess is that you have something set wrong.

it can be a bit glitchy - i find logging out of the forum, clearing all my cookies and logging back in will usually get me into the album too. i'm using 10.3.

yes and ive double checked everything. like i said i can login and get the error msg but then iget all the features as if i logged in fine

yes but i looked in the config and diddnt see a cookie setting

There's your problem.
Edit your album.cfg and make sure Authentication is set to 6
authentication_type=6

Edit album.pl and find sub cookieLogin and you should see this:

# Change these if you've customized your EBlah cookie names...
my $eblah_un="eblah_un";
my $eblah_pw="eblah_pw";
my $eblah_session="eblah_session";

Change the "eblah_un" and "eblah_pw" to "yourprefix_un" and "yourprefix_pw"

Re-upload both files in ascii.

Hope you understand that.

understood it great and did all the changes and it still wont auth. even deleted my cookies. here my album.pl and cfg if interested
