Is it possible to have rollover or flash buttons rather then just one image?? Like making flash button calling logout.swf admin.swf etc instead of png files then changing a pl file or something. Or at least the home admin member center and all those as a swf that link to the pages.

Yes, you just need to replace the call for the default menubar in the template.
