Saturday 3rd November 7:56 We are currently experiencing a network fault, engineers are working on the issue and we hope to resolve the problem shortly. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

UPDATE: Engineers have resolved the issue and services should be functioning correctly now.

13:31: Core Router memory failure. We have identified a fault in the memory of one of our core routers. This is making the router crash after approximately 4 hours of uptime. We are therefore arranging emergency maintenance to replace the faulty memory. An engineer is travelling to our data Center now to carry out this emergency maintenance. We expect to have an ETA shortly. While the memory is being replaced there will be 15 minutes of downtime.

15:36: Initial attempts to bring the router back online have failed, a Cisco engineer is now on site trying to resolve this issue.
