I installed the forum and everything seems to be running only there is no theme or graphics. Everything seems to be pointing in the right direction so I guess that is where I am stumped.

A couple of questions.
1. Is your host Windows or Linux? Your path's don't look correct.
2. Do you have a .htaccess file in the blahdocs folder? if you do then delete it.

This looks familiar.

1.The host server is Windows.
2. I looked in the bladocs folder and I don't see a .htaccess file. Is this a hidden file? I am using Fetch on a Mac to ftp to the server. Didn't know if this makes a difference.
