In 10.3 if your Forum Settings - Main Preferences - Poll Settings - Show Last Voter in Polls? is checked...

Then when you go to view a poll thread again, where someone has only voted and not posted, it automatically takes you to post XX (The last message you viewed in this thread was reply number XX.) even though there aren't any posts after that to view.

In that case, upon thread opening it would probably be best just to take you to the Vote button / 'view result' link. so that you can view any changes in the results from the last vote.
