I guess this is just one of these "newbie silly" questions, but I could not see a reference to this in the forum..

I have just installed the eBlah and it works (most of the time...) if I type the full URL as below..

http://www.sportswagon.co.uk/cgi-bin/forum/Blah.pl

I don't know if the hosting company 1and1.co.uk are having issues as even this URL frequently does not bring up the site..

I have read that some files from the CGI-BIN folder needs to be located elsewhere, but not sure where to put them..

Yes, if you use the whole URL, but if you use http://www.sportswagon.co.uk  then it fails.

I have set http://www.sportswagon.co.uk to have the sportswagon\cgi-bin\forum  as the home directory.

Sorry for having been a bit unclear in what works and what does not work.

You will have to use mod_rewrite to make something like that work.

What's up with putting up those url's and then showing a PhpBB board?

Did it give you trouble and you gave up after a little while?
