You need to contact your host about where the location of the templates directory is.

I do installs for $25 and upgrades for $20.

Ok Guys, this is not working, I am assuming now that maybe I need to run the setup.pl file, I will try installing a fresh copy of 10.2.5 and run this setup file to see where that lands me.
What exactly does the setup file do, again I am assuming it has something to do with tying code to directory structure????

Setup.pl checks for the correct file path's and then creates all the initial files to get the board up and running.

If you want me to take a look then pm me your ftp details.

This shows the image:
http://host491.ipowerweb.com/~i21frets/blahdocs/images/crumbs.png

So try this:

$images = "/~i21frets/blahdocs/images";
$simages = "/~i21frets/blahdocs/Smilies";
$avsurl = "/~i21frets/blahdocs/Avatars";
$avdir = "/home/i21frets/public_html/blahdocs/Avatars";
$templates = "/~i21frets/blahdocs/template";
$templatesu = "/home/i21frets/public_html/blahdocs/template";
$buttons = "/~i21frets/blahdocs/buttons";
$bdocsdir2 = "/home/i21frets/public_html/blahdocs";

Martin,
Thanks so much for helping me with this issue!
The forum is up on the new server and dns transfer is in the works. Of course when that takes place I will have to repkace the url parts of the settings.pl file with the real location. Thanks again Martin - you worked a small miracle!
