have just uploaded the blahdocs and forum folders and set permissions but cannot see a setup.pl file which in the instructions it asks for, also when i type into the web browser the address to the forums folder it gives me an error of http404 not found.
can anyone please help.

It is case sensitive, Setup.pl and not setup.pl
