oo crap I got it now when I was uploading the files to my server not all of them were in the installation i download, Do i have to make the folder myself or something. I remember whn I went to chmod I was missing a few things like
/cgi-bin/forum/Mods/Modules
/cgi-bin/forum/Prefs/BHITS
/cgi-bin/forum/Prefs/HITS
/blahdocs/Random
/blahdocs/uploads
/blahdocs/uploads/thumbnails

It got through that, deleted the setup file, but now where do I login to admin, to make changes and all that good stuff?
