I am also having this same problem for all my 3 eblah forums . but when I refresh 2 times it goes normal ..

sql3.5 version also have this problem

Can I suggest fixing this for the download.  It's a relatively simple fix to that .css file and would probably save some of the hassle.  When I first installed the forum and saw that, it made me feel like maybe the forum wasn't reliable, after looking into the code and the directories, I talked myself out of that; but, having everything work visually from the get-go is reassuring
