I'm receiving this error during installation. Please explain? I'm not sure where to adjust any settings to correct this.

My web files are stored on one server, and my MySQL database is hosted on another. The full error I'm receiving is:

Your server that runs Blah.pl probably cannot connect to the other server because it's not allowed to. I would contact the host about it.
