I have a collection of CGItempnnnnn (where n are numeric digits) files in my cgi-bin/forum directory which I assume have been left there when eblah hasn't been able to clean up after itself. They have each been created on seemingly random dates.

Can these be deleted without ill-effect?

Yes.  Only Windows servers leave these files.

I do installs for $25 and upgrades for $20.
