This is a quick question about the disallowing registration for people under 13 years old - my forum http://www.doctorwhofanatics.co.uk/forum/cgi-bin/forum/Blah.pl? is a Doctor Who forum, I currently have the dissalow thing on but I was wondering whether my site is ok to not have that on as I've read through the info on how to comply with it and I don't really understand a word of it

Never mind I've switched it off - correct me if I'm wrong but I gather that that law only applies to America based sites anyway and I'm in the UK.

Please correct me if I'm wrong though don't want to get into trouble.
