Does anybody know whats happening at Wynhosting?.

A while ago they changed over to Apache and all the sites went down. It came back on within a couple of days but the FTP login details no longer worked, we could back up the forum but couldn't download a copy back to our computer. After repeated emails to get the FTP problem sorted we still got no reply, and the FTP still doesn't work.

Now when you try and access our site or indeed the Wynhosting home page you get the message ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED contact billing dept.

OK so now I'm getting miffed off with Wynhosting and I will certainly be looking for a new host, the trouble is though that as we haven't been able to download the backups to our computer, and the last saved backup on our computer is about two months old, the forum posts will be well out of date, there will be lots of missing posts and pics, and many members will have to have their accounts re setup. Grrrr
So if anyone has a contact number for them, please give them a verbal nudge to get things sorted. Thanks
