Quick question...not sure if this is possible...

I'm on version 10.2...have lots of forums, most of which are read only for Guests.  Some of my guests have emailed me because they thought the message:

"You may not post new threads or reply to threads on this board." with the big red stop sign simply meant they couldnt open the forum.

Is there a way to reword this message to say something like:

"You may READ the posts in this forum but not reply or start new threads" and remove the stop sign?
