I've just installed E-Blah MySQL Beta 3.5. Everything went smooth.
But if I try Search function it doesn't work.
I get an error:
Code
Sorry, but an error occurred. If you are unsure about how to solve this error you can contact the system administrator.

The search you specified is invalid.

I've tried as a guest, member, administrator. Search simply don't work.
Any suggestions?

I'am running eblah on FreeBSD 6. Non-sql eblah work just fine.

This bug has been fixed and has been released in a nightly.

Go here: http://pit.eblah.com/nightlies.php
download, unzip, and upload the contents to your server from file: SQLeblahinternal_20-04-07.zip.  It should be the top file.

Remember, since this is a nightly, you need to upgrade.  That means that you do not overwrite Settings.pl.

I'm not sure it's a bug.  It's probably that you didn't CHMOD the Prefs directory and it's tree 777.

I do installs for $25 and upgrades for $20.

Yes, my prefs/BHits directory was 755 instead 777. My mistake. Thanks for your help. I must use unix console instead FTP clients, I am a unix guy

Great.    The upgrade is good either way though.

Sorry for the bad advise.  I should have checked my other SQL forum that I didn't upgrade yet .  Still, like Justin said...the upgrade is good either way
