This is the message I am getting, but I don't understand what it's telling me to do.

WARNING!
Your forum may not work properly if you continue. Setup recommends editing the path to directories in Settings.pl and then refreshing this page until this message disappears. There was a problem verifying that the following directories exist:

Avatars Currently set to: /usr/services/vux/apache/htdocs/blahdocs/Avatars
uploads Currently set to: /usr/services/vux/apache/htdocs/blahdocs/uploads
template Currently set to: /usr/services/vux/apache/htdocs/blahdocs/template
The following may help you figure out what your paths are:
Document Root: /usr/services/vux/apache/htdocs
Script name: Setup.pl
Please note that not all server report the above information correctly.

You will need to contact your host for the full path to your htdocs directory.

This script may be able to help you find them out for yourself:

When I get the full path, what should I edit in the settings.pl file and where do I put the full path?

Edit the second variable ($blahdocs2 I think it is) in Settings.pl.

Why did you change Setup.pl's location to Settings.pl?  It worked fine.  What directory path are you using for the blahdocs directory?

Setup.pl is fine -- reupload the version from the download.  Settings.pl needs changing.  What is the directory you were trying to change Blahdocs to?

After editing the settings.pl to point to the right directory, which took care of the red box warning, this is the message I am getting. I put /usr/services/vux/apache/htdocs in the settings.pl ($blahdocs2) hoping that would fix the issue. Now I am getting this message and don't understand how to fix it.

Sorry, I messed up trying to put setup.pl back to original. I re-uploaded the original file and this is what I got.
