You can't.  It's a cap on the amount of clicks that can be logged.  If you're getting that many clicks in your time frame, you need to lower the number of minutes they are logged for.  24 hours is an excessively long amount of time.  7500 clicks is high already, anything higher is just overkill, as the script has to look at the file each load and determine which entries are old and ready to discard.  That happens in fractions of a second for each entry, but when you have thousands it can become seconds.

I have mine here set to 10 minutes (about 150 hits), as I get over 7500 hits a lot of days myself.

It should be fine.  You could convert to the MySQL version and try that out.  There's still a few bugs and the portal and calendar aren't included, but you could try it.

Ummm...WOW!  Isn't that the largest forum for E-Blah to date?  How long has that been on-line?  Make sure you are making backups on a weekly basis at least so if anything ever does go wrong you can fix it.

I wouldn't suggest that you move to the SQL version yet.  It is missing some features, and I'm not sure if the upgrade script would handle that many posts

-Craig.

The conversion might not, but if it doesn't then it just means you need to jack up the timeout time.  And I was saying only start using it if the conversion went fine.

The SQL version isn't missing features though.  It's feature complete, as far as I know.

Quoted from Craig
I thought that the calendar was not in the SQL version

Yes, but the SQL version is feature complete -- meaning the calendar is NOT going back into it.  I hate the calendar and would remove it from the main version if there wouldn't be an outcry for it.  It's difficult to find the bugs in when they appear.
