i know a site that is usin eblah and i want to have one my self  ( greedy)..there site is http://www.twhclan.co.uk/forum/Blah.pl

Ive download the eblah software and got the owner of the site to edit the settings of the folders i got downloading eblah,now i want to start makin the site but can i use DreamWeaver for that?...hope i can  

If u check out there site ur know what i want, i just want to know how to do it myself
...Or i dnt mind payin someone to install it for me and put it all up, i want to edit the Twh clan forum and change it but it aint that easy...Please help

Do you have E-Blah installed?  Have you got to the Setup.pl yet?

thats the thing, how do i install eblah, ive downloaded the software from the site and just got all these files..
my mate only edit the "Settings_Default" page ...Apparently that had to be done, just came here to check and yes i think i got the "Setup.pl" ...the start of it says this

Did you put E-Blah in the cgi-bin?  Did you CHMOD it 755 (Blah.pl and Setup.pl)?  What're you using to upload (use SmartFTP)?  What's the URL to where you are trying to install it?

..good thing i have SmartFTP already on my computer, dnt have a clue what it is tho lol...
Yes E-Blah is in the "cgi-bin" folder  (if thats what ur saying).. CHMOD it 755,  sorry but i dnt have a clue what that means...

im really sorry but ive tried eveything and gone through all the tutorial's, i just dont understand..
Its really difficult, dnt worry about it mate.. im using a free forum at the moo i mite aswell keep that because E-Blah, SmartFTP, CHMOD are confusing me.. i aint clever enough
