dont know if this is a bug, but i have one of the topics on my forum with 7,000 views, strange to say the least, all in a matter of days, anyone advise?

It doesn't lie. But if that's your click log, lower it down; 7,000 is high for click logging. If it's just extensive logging, then it's fine.
