I have installed chat http://www.eblah.com/forum/m-1170621715/

in the files we were not able to find cgi-bin  ,so we put in to root dir

in my forum ,I have just installed like what you said and modification Center I just checked
test installed
Its look ok . so I installed . but nothing happend visible

Dear Friends ,
I have tried to install the same shout box in my real forum .. I insatlled it but ,I think its path problem .where should I look  and rectify the path directory !! anyone have any idea ???

I am not able to find CGI-BIN in public_html  where can we find that ???

When I see the view source '<iframe src="/cgi-bin/cgi-chat/chat.pl" ' but cgi-bin doesn't exists. Where is the path declared? And how the chat file loaded?

I tried reomove all files .. then re installed but still the same

This is the path for 99% of installs, you need to edit the mod to reflect where chat.pl is installed.

I noticed that it is no longer working on the test forum either. If you want me to install on both then pm me ftp login details.
