Hi Justin,
Blah.pl loads the page minus the theme. Clicking on the links takes me to the respective pages.

FWIW, I've installed a test script in the forum directory that also works. The permission for Setup.pl is set at 755.

If Blah.pl loads then something is wrong with how Setup.pl is uploaded or CHMODed. PM me your FTP info and I'll put Setup.pl there for you so you can install.

I'm not sure if this will help, but you may need to delete the old setup.pl and other scripts from your server and re-upload in ASCII mode and chmod to 755. I think the problem was that the old file was never replaced. I have had this problem before and deleting an re-uploading did the trick.

Even if your idea seems whack, stick with it and make it happen.
