You're on a Windows server, you'll need to change them through your hosts control panel or e-mail them and ask them to change the permissions based on the documentation.

I do installs for $25 and upgrades for $20.

I keep getting this page come up when I try to connet, why?? I can't seem to set the path for the settings file.

Configuration Issues ...
Setup has determined that you must manually edit the paths to Settings.pl or other core files. If you need help, contact E-Blah technical support.

The following may help you figure out what your paths are:
Document Root:
Script name: d:\inetpub\fp04-592\cgi-bin\forum\setup.pl
File(s) Not Loaded: ./Settings.pl, ./Settings_Default.pl
Reason for failure: No such file or directory

Setup.pl change ./Settings.pl to d:/inetpub/fp04-592/cgi-bin/forum/Settings.pl ... that should fix it.  Make sure you are using 10.2.5.
