After installing on linux, and seeing things work, I decided to follow the instructions on pg 20 of the Installation Documentation PDF. I noticed that the .htaccess changes were missing a ? after Blah.pl

It read:
...
RewriteRule ^(.*) /cgi-bin/forum/Blah.pl$1

It should read:
...
RewriteRule ^(.*) /cgi-bin/forum/Blah.pl?$1

Otherwise the URL won't resolve properly...
