One of our regular members posted a message an hour ago and now he has become a guest. The account has been deleted.

Please can you help as this has happened before. The forum was backed up fully last night so can we get the account back?

Common.

Yes, you can restore the account.  Just extract and upload the .dat file to the Members directory.  Make sure you upload it in ASCII.  You may also need to CHMOD it 666.  Finally, get more space.

I do installs for $25 and upgrades for $20.
