Here's the latest.  The following should be working fairly good:

• Moderator functions (lock, sticky, delete -- NOTHING else yet)
  
• PM system (should work fully)
  
• Members list (all but the group setup should work)
  
• Admin (ONLY Cats and Boards setup is working; DO NOT try to save settings, as it'll screw up the forum )
  
• Posting (fully)
  
• Message display (fully, minus a few bugs perhaps)
  
• Message index (fully)
  
• Board Index (fully)
  

The converter should convert the following:

• Members
  
• Private Messages
  
• Messages
  
• Boards
  
• Categories
  

Before you run the converter, you'll need to run the sqldump.txt in phpMyAdmin or something similar.  After that, change the first three paths to your OLD directories in SQLConvert.pl and then chmod it, and run it.  It'll take a long time to run if your forum is large.  There shouldn't be any bugs in it, other than it won't get the last post information fully correct for the Board Index ( haha).

After the converter is run, you'll need to add your userid to the ranks table.  You'll need to insert a new row, the ID is 'Administrator', the rest of the stuff you can change how you want. Just add your userid.  

After you do all of that, run Blah.pl and you should be all set.    Oh, CHMOD cache 777.  It's not required, but if you don't, you'll run a lot more queries.
