I'm still missing all my icons in the admin and forum pages....obviously some directory isnt pointed to the right place.

Login, and then go to ?v-admin/ go to Settings, and then Directories, and change the path to your images directory.

Before you do that though, go and delete the .htaccess file in the /blahdocs directory and see if that fixes it.
