I think these are beneficial to all Eblah forums and would be a lot easier on forum upgrades if integrated.

And aside from that, why would a user want the spoiler button way up there? It makes way more sense to have it with the rest of the formatting options! The spoiler button is a post formatting button, and it makes much more sense to put it with the rest of the post formatting buttons than with the active users on the top.
