The site seems to have transformed overnight clean and crisp I love it. The welcome page looks great it's a pity you have to be logged out to see it Eblah is evolving in the right direction, the forum is the most important part of a web site, it really keeps the visitors coming back. And you are making it easier to install and customise at each update making it more accessible to larger number of users, which is great, good luck to the future and well done.

Looks great like what you have done.

Is there anyway of setting something like this up on my forum, were at the top it gives guests a banner and tells them to join but when logged in it dissappears?

If you have some code that would be great and add a good feature my growing forum

where exactly do i put this code? i tried in the template.html and it didn't work. tried routines.pl and login.pl with little success.

i'm thinking i should give up and go to bed and try again tomorrow

$advancedhtml, you've got to set that to 1 in Settings.pl, then add it to your template.

hmm - i get :

Can't find string terminator " EOT" anywhere before EOF at (eval 1) line 1, line 39.

Looks like it's putting a space in front of the EOT, but i know there shouldn't be..... why is it you think something will be simple and then it gives you waaaaay too much grief?
