After I did a fresh install I cannot pre-register as the admin nor can I register as a guest. I have guest registration enabled. When I click registration agreement it comes to a blank page. Same for pre-registration. I need a direction to look.

Try to register at http://www.banditairways.com/cgi-bin/forum/Blah.pl?v-register/

for an example.
