I have no idea whatsoever how to do anything and... I think maybe this is the right place to post this...

First off, I downloaded the E-Blah forum thingby, and I have a FreeWebs website... Will that work?
I am not sure really, at all, how to work any of this. The service here is WAAAY different than invisionfree, or anything I've used before.

I looked around a little before, but couldn't find anything about uploading a forum to Freewebs... Please help?

You can get a free forum from http://www.forumready.com though that runs E-Blah.

I use freewebs too, and i can say that you need to purchace premium services to be able to use E-Blah. Each Premium Hosting pack includes CGI Perl so it should work. I am soon going to be purchasing premium and trying out eblah, so i'll tell you how it goes

Okay... Got that...

Umm... I was looking for an E-Blah forum, not a website... So what about the stuff I downloaded to my computer? O.o Can I use that for anything?
I can't be paying for anything online, and I am not really sure yet how E-Blah works, though a great friend of mine has an E-Blah forum.

ForumReady.com is a site where you can make a free E-Blah forum, which is just like a normal installation, but it's for users who do not have a server that supports E-Blah.  If your server supports E-Blah, you should always use it though, but yours does not.
