fingers crossed mine's still behaving, but when it was bad a few weeks back it was zeroing out as fast as i was uploading them. just had to wait - i think it was over 24 hours before it settled down again - although not fully. has been problem free for at least a week now......

Nat has contacted Heart, and he has been told that the problem, as of July 18th, should be fixed within a day or so and is only a temporary issue.

You know, the funniest thing about all of this is that this issue has never happened to me, and I have been on a shared host for 4 years now.  If I had to guess, Heart has to many servers hooked up for their network to handle, and that is what is causing the problem...but that is just me

It's happened here ONCE, but only because we had backups set to run and backups should NEVER be run in a quota'd account, as it'd push it over the quota.

I believe cPanel has since fixed that little issue, though.

I'm not with Heart and have had the problem of users being deleted.... I reverted to a back up, guess I just won't upgrade as there doesn't seem to be a solution in any of the threads on the topic...

There is no solution because it isn't E-Blah that is causing it.  I have been running E-Blah (always the latest version) for 3 sites for the last 3+ years, and have never had this happen to me.  It happens on shared hosts most of the time, and is because the server farm runs out of storage.
