I added: body { max-width    : 80%;     to template.css And in MemberPanel.pl I changed all width="700"  to  width="100% It works a treat, you can safely go between 100% and 80% keeping all tables fluid. If you just add the  max-width    : 80%;   to template.css, the Member Center becomes mis-aligned. Take a look if you want.
