I have a problem with my ISP. I am using Yahoo DSL connection. The problem is that when I open my own website, it displays the old version of my website. Even if I delete the file using FTP I can still see the pages there. There is no problem with my cache because if I clear all my cache including every thing. I dont know what is the problem with my internet. And if I immediately connect using dialup connection I can see the new version of my website. And if I again use DSL connection it displays my old website. And if I connect using FTP software it displays the new files correctly. I dont know what to do ?

Please help...

I'd contact your ISP.  They're probably using a cache to speed things up.  Make sure you aren't using the "speed up" things from Google too.

I do installs for $25 and upgrades for $20.

I don't know, like I said, I'd call your ISP about it.
