Uncomment this in Blah.pl:

Code
# use CGI::Carp fatalsToBrowser;                           #

(remove the # before it)

Report back with the error returned.

You need to restore the Settings.pl file from a backup, because you replaced it with the setup version.

Oh, I didn't notice that.  You probably didn't change the permissions on Settings.pl correctly.  Make sure you change it so IIS can read/write to Settings.pl.

Just to be different...

I had the same problem, but the carp was already commented out. I put it back in (removed the #) and VOILA! After this I had to replace require settings.pl with the full path but after that everything worked hunky dory!

Note, in order to install I had to put the full doc path and URL path in place of most $strings. The same may be necessary for the install for some others.
