Justin installed my new upgrade sometime today to 10.1.5 (thanks Justin). I have just updated all my image files as instructed.

Problem I have now is a lot of members all having the same IP address cannot log in. It refuses their password and signs them in as a guest.

I click on a users profile and click find IP and it shows up a list of around 30 members all greyed out (as in banned). Guess what, these are all on.... AOL!!!

Can anyone help please?

All greyed out?  What?

Tell them to clear their cache and try again.  What error do they get when logging in?

I do installs for $25 and upgrades for $20.

They log in with username and password, click enter then it says that they are still a guest user.

Cache cleared by some members but still same error.

What I mean by greyed out is like when you disable an account then when you go to find ip and you get multiple users on same ip (usually down to AOL) most are unlinked like banned members.

Ok, I enabled sessions and changed your cookie prefix.  If it still doesn't work, make sure that your users have indeed cleared their cookies (ask them to try a diffrent browser, if needed).  Usually it's a cookie issue.

Thanks, that seems to have done the trick.
