Bug 1: When you upload a chinese name file,you will get the fellowing error:

Could not find the file you specified on your computer. This error is often associated with problems on this forums upload directory settings. Please e-mail the system administrator if you continue to receive this error.

PS: alphanumeric file is ok.

Bug 2:
When your OS is Microsoft windows, you will have another bug:

If you want to upload a file from desktop
(example: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\桌面\backup.txt 桌面 is chinese name desktop)
you will get the same error messaging.

PS: But in other folder and path is ok. (example: upload file from c:\filename or d:\test\filename is ok)

But if your path have a chinese name folder your will get a same error message.
