I was wondering if there is a module for the portal that would allow link buttons or URLs for other links.

Particularly, I would like to be able to have a module that I can add multiple times to a portal site, which would allow me to add links that can be seen from the portal. For example, if I wanted to make a Recommended sites link list, I would add the module, change the module title to "Recommended Sites" and then add links to it, with those links being either the title of the site, or a link to a button that the site uses. This way, it could be used for site navigation as well as a possible banner exchange.
