What should I add to the forum directory?  There are a lot of files, and folders that come with the package.

Here is what I did:
1.  Download the package.
2.  Create a folder called GD in your cgi-bin/forum directory on your server.
3.  Upload Graph.PM (file) and Graph (folder and files) to your GD folder.
4.  Chmod everything to 755.
5. Check to see if your graph shows up

-Craig.

i had problems with mine until Martin fixed it for me. he changed it from gif to png.

so i have:
Code
print "Content-type: image/png\n\n";
	binmode STDOUT;
	print $gd->png;
	exit;

instead of:
Code
print "Content-type: image/gif\n\n";
	binmode STDOUT;
	print $gd->gif;
	exit;

might work for you too?
