When I rebiuld the member list it goes through the motions no errors but the list is not re-ordered, any ideas? 10.1 version

Re-ordered?  All rebuilding does is make sure that users haven't been removed from the list and makes sure that the data-integrity is right.

on 9.7b it put them in alpha order now it does not. I have several members saying they cannot get on, I delete them and let them register again some get on some don't. kind of stumped at the moment.

Tell them to use their e-mail addresses to login, see if that fixes it for them.  Also, make sure you are not running out of space on your server.

I have more disk space then I can use in 10 yesrs LOL but I will try the email thing!
Also on the bottom of the admin front page where the hit counter info id there is a missing chart. What is it and how can i get it to work?

Not all servers have the required perl module and system files (GD) installed.  So not all servers will be able to have the chart.
