It would be neat if users could have their own customized homepage. Each user would need to have a limited amount of space for their webpages. There would need to be quota and mime types settings to allow only a certain amount of files and file types to be uploaded. It would be really cool if users could edit their homepage in a way similar to myspace. It would be good too if users could upload their own html files.

I would like to help design this if possible. I don't know much on perl, but would love to help. Let me know if this is feasible.

That'd be more of a mod type thing.  I've thought about adding blogs before, but scraped that long ago.  I decided it should remain a forum, and not be branched.
