Hi Justin,

I will upgrade today from 10.05 to 10.1 but I have 2 questions:

1. Do I follow the the same instructions to upgrade the board as I did when upgrading from 9.XX to 10.05?

2. Will the mods for version 10.05 work with 10.1?

Thanks.

1. I think so?

2. Some may, some may not.  You'll just have to see.  There's a few cosmetic changes, so they may not work.

I do installs for $25 and upgrades for $20.

Yes.  Always follow the install instructions, and you should be good to go.  9.X to 10.0 just wasn't complete at the first release because I hadn't gave Craig enough time to work on them.  It was the first time I believe I had rushed a release (and it didn't turn out the best ).

Ok, thanks for taking a look.

I'm not going to fiddle with the code (and have things to remember), I like the easy life, and having upgrades that work first time, like yours

Plus, I'm as lazy as the next guy

I just upgraded (and I love the new stuff, especially having the recent posts link on the top bar) and I've run into a bit of a problem with the new breadcrumb trail at the bottom of threads. It doesn't work too well with the width of my theme, and I wondered whether there was a way I could fix it?

  I was hoping that wouldn't happen.

Code
  <td class="win3 center" width="200">$allowposts</td>

Remove that from MessageDisplay.pl.

That fixed it Thanks, Justin. If I could, I would give you rep, but last time I checked it was still on minus.

But yeah, aside from that, the upgrade went really well. I was worried about the template, but it all transferred over nicely. Plus, the new features are spiffay =D

Just upgraded my test forum to 10.1 and all went well....except I do not have the Recent Posts & Unread Posts in the title bar.

All I see is Board Index, and its not css color issue as there are no links there on mouseover.

I know I missed something simple, can someonepont me to it?

Right on Justin, I missed the code folder.

Other than that little mistake on my part, real smooth upgrade.

Thanks

Are there new classes of CSS to put into the template for the update to 10.1? Just few bits seem aligned and win colours being wrong/missing.

With 10.1, I don't think so.

What version are you upgrading from?  From 10.05 to 10.1 there was one addition.

Code
/* Board Index Description */
.bidesc {
	font-weight: normal;
	font-size  : 10px;
	line-height: 1.5;
	color      : #444 !important;
}
