E-Blah Member Posts: 168 Posts Per Day: 0.15 Time Online: 3 days 21 hours 51 minutes	Justin can you elaborate on that please? This is a problem for me as my password and others are longer. The problem is that it lets you enter the password but cuts it off with out telling you. So when you go to sign in your password does not work.

Not unless you're using the other encryption method.  But it's not really a "reset" they'll have to do, but rather a simple password change. I do installs for $25 and upgrades for $20.
