Right, - problem, my host has a limit on the size of uploads at 50mb, the files i want to upload are around double this (ride-out videos) does anybody know of an easy to use script, that i can use to split the files and rejoin them on the server, i.e split on local pc, upload the 2 chunks, then run a script on the hosting server to rejoin them?

Host help file says "FTP uploads are limited to 50MB. If you really need to use a larger file than this in your Web space, you will need to split it into chunks and reassemble them after uploading them separately."

Doesn't give any suggestions on how to this tho!

I have mate, thing is i'd the complete file on the server for people to download, not 2 parts and a joiner exe LOL - I'll find a way around it, maybe be flash video, or the h.264 codec

See what i can come up with, if anyone else has any ideas, i'd appreciate it!
